This chapter opens with a tap on the master's chest. The master asks what kind of leader he is. He has been out for a long time, and nobody has yet come to receive him. He tells the master that his brother zhu has been injured in battle. He says that the holy jade unicorn is so unique that it is good that zhu only got hurt. He also tells the man that he has been holding a spirit puppet that his uncle gave him. The spirit puppet is made from bloodstones, and the master says that this is a very good gift, but it is not assured success. Master says that having it is like having a "clone of you" . Master explains that refining the spirit puppet requires a mental force, which is not as strong as Master's mental force. Master also says that if he can resist the backlash, he can destroy the puppet. Master then says that he will refine that spirit puppet even more, and he has an array of spirit puppets that will help him prevent the backlash. He asks the man if he wants to try this out. The man answers that he just wants to hit the kid once. He then asks the master if he knows what type of body Xiaotian has absorbed spiritual qi into. Master replies that he doesn't know, but that one of the eight bodies is "yin yang coexistence" , and that is too mysterious. Master asks what he should do there.
