In this chapter, we learn that the elder brother, Senior Xiao, has warned his younger sister, Junior Zhao, that she is not a good person and that she should not be alone with him. He also said that she likes to take off her pants in public so that she can scare others. The elder brother brings the younger sister to the cave and tells her that he has found some herbs that will help her in the hunt for spiritual objects. He then asks her how he found the herbs, and she asks him how he used the golden bell to find the herbs. He says that he gave it to her for the hunt, but that his strength is limited so he can't use it fully. He asks her if she would like to try out the magic bell and she says that she would. He tells her he'll give the bell to her as safekeeping during the hunt and he asks if she's afraid that he won't steal it
