Now that he's warmed up, the guy's ready to rumble. He's got a whole new set of weapons, and they're even more powerful than his old ones. He doesn't need to worry about whether or not he'll be able to hit the guy in the head with his sword. He just needs to hit him in the heart with his new weapons. The guy is so excited that he can't believe that he hasn't been able to kill the guy yet. He says that the guy is just waiting for him to form the new weapons so he can use them against him.
