The patroller enters the forbidden grounds and welcomes the visitor. He says that it has been a while since he has seen the loop patroller. He thanks him for what he has done for humanity and says that hiss is hiss that is enough. Before they begin the negotiations, the patroller asks if they can exchange some moves. The loop says that he is too weak to do so, but he says that all of them are not strong enough. He adds that he has been out of the game for so long that he does not remember compressing his body to grow his power by so much. He compares his power to that of the human race, which he says is more worthy of being kept.
