In this chapter, we learn that there are three chancellors who are responsible for the day-to-day affairs of the university. The chancellors are: the chancellor of the crimson department, the chancellors of the strategic and communication departments, and the secretary of the communications department. The secretary is Yu Yiling, who is also the chancellor's secretary. The two students are asked to be prepared for battle. They need to form a basic shape of a weapon, but they don't know how to do it. They're going to die anyway, so they'll have to wait until they're back in the city.
