The scene opens in a sculpture room at the university. The student is in the middle of a competition to design an art piece. He asks his teacher if he should do something he doesn't want to do. The teacher tells him that he shouldn't do anything because he's in love with someone else. He tells the student that if he does something he wouldn't like for staying with his love, he'll have to do something else.
