The doctor tells the boy that he's not his brother, and that he shouldn't be afraid of hurting someone. The boy says he'll go back to sleep, and the doctor tells him not to worry about it. The doctor asks the boy if there's a patient in the cave, and he says there is. The kid says he doesn't know, but the doctor says it's normal for him to treat patients in his place. He also says that the cave's owner likes the boy, and everyone else does, too. He tells the kid that the doctor has rules about how he should treat patients. He says the doctor can't figure out that the boy is a man, and his sister isn't as young as the kid, so the doctor thinks that the girl is older than the kid. The two of them go to bed, and then the kid tells the doctor that he should have defended himself before he hit him. He's ashamed, he says, but he also gets to be his brother. This is nonsense, the kid says, because he has been watching love dramas his whole life. He thinks he should go to the doctor and save the girl, because the doctor is having a dream.
