The doctor says that the family has never had a coward, and that the brat is just like his father. He says that both of them are tough, but that no one likes them both. He gives the brat an easy death, and tells him to come closer or he'll kill him. The little brat asks where the doctor came from, and the doctor says it's from his master's medicine cabinet. The kid coughs and falls, and then the doctor tells him that he has to kill his father, because he has no other place to go.
