In this chapter, we learn that the protagonist, the protagonist's name is Yoshka, is an inventor, and that she has invented a device that will allow her to launch a capsule from the moon. The protagonist, however, is unable to reach her, because she has lost her way in the confusion of the situation. She asks the protagonist to tell her something, but the protagonist refuses, saying that he will only tell her what she wants to know.
