It's a warm welcome to the velo city. Everyone is waiting to see the victory of Yoshka. Everyone wants to know why she's not moving. She says she gave all her energy to build the car so that she could win. She wants everyone to leave her like this so she can win the race. She tells everyone that she just needs to get to the finish line. She's fine, she says, but she wants to honor the victor as if he were a warrior returning from war. She asks that the trophy be presented under cover so that no one will catch a cold. She also says she doesn't want to be seen as congratulating someone who's already won. She thinks it's better to honor her as if she were welcoming a warrior home from war, but then she realizes that she'll have to wait until she gets the trophy to prove that she deserves it. Yoshka tells everyone to stop following her and to go back to the princess's route. They're all climbing up the mountain at the same time, and Yoshka says he's going to have to stay at the top of the mountain if he wants to win. He says he can't stop climbing because he'll fall off the cliff. The engine is overheating, and the car is crashing into a crowd of people. He's so mad that he can barely breathe.
