Back at the thunderbolt cafe, we find ourselves in the middle of a conversation between a young man named nico and his friend, a girl named tasha. nico has fallen asleep the night before, and he asks his friend if he can help him with a math problem. . The girl tells him that he can't finish his homework because he's too close to his notebook, but nico says that's just a joke. He's got to get some coffee, he says, because there's a stairway coming up that'll take him to the top of the hill.
