This is a locked chapterVol.3 Chapter One: Not My Mother
About This Chapter
In this chapter, Dr. Bledsoe explains to the young lieutenant how he came to be the head of the U.N., and how he plans to keep it running smoothly in the future. He tells the lieutenant that he's just like his father in that he is stupid, and that he won't be able to do anything about it. The lieutenant says that the bots are going to hang their registry number on the wall of the school, and they're going to think that the school isn't going to be safe for them to live in. He's going to have to make some changes to the school to make it safe for the future, and he wants to make sure that the new teachers are up to speed on the latest developments. He also wants to warn the lieutenant about the fact that he doesn't have the authority to run the school because he is the son of a tyrant. He wants the lieutenant to know that his mother is not a tyrant, but a teacher, and not even his mother. He asks the lieutenant if he can tell him about the deaths, and the lieutenant tells him that he can't tell him because he has to get the information from the doctor. He says that they'll have to figure out a way to keep the school running smoothly, because the solar array is getting old and needs constant maintenance.
