The vice-pres is busy, so he doesn't have much time to spend with the students. He's so busy that they can't leave the room, so they're forced to move the students around. This is stupid, says the narrator, because the students don't really understand him. The narrator is sorry, but he's also sorry that he didn't tell the truth earlier. He says that he found out about his gender long ago, and that it's hard for him to remember the past. He hopes that Minghui is big enough for him, so that he can get closer to her. Minghui, he says, is so big that he had to move to it just to be near her. Now that he thinks about it, he realizes that he really loves her. He tells Minghui that he has something important to tell her after the competition, and he wants her to tell him the answer himself. They'll go back to celebrate.
