The chapter opens with a discussion between the vice president of the wrestling club and one of the other students. The vice president tells the other student that the student council has recently abolished all the small clubs except wrestling. The student protests that he is the one who decides whether or not to execute the decision. The other student asks him to give the clubs another chance.
