The scene opens with the sound of a rumble. It's the first time we've heard the name "Li dali" , and it's clear that he's been punished for fighting someone. Li dali tells us that he was given a demerit, which means he'll be staying in school for the rest of his life if he gets another demerit. The other student, danwangdan, is also in the middle of the rumble, and he'd better not come over. He's got a pack of demerits already, so he doesn't have to worry about getting kicked out of school yet. The fight is over, and the other student runs off to get help. When he gets back, he realizes that he didn't plan on fighting the other guy, and that he even promised to keep his "ladylike image" in front of the bully.
