In this short scene, Rila and her fiance, Sixun, are in the middle of making their wedding ring when suddenly they are interrupted by the sound of a bridge group's laughter. Rila is horrified to discover that her fiance has already left her, and she begs him to stay and marry her. Sixun refuses, saying that he has spent all his time making the ring himself. He begs her to come home with him as long as she likes it, and he promises to persuade her mother to allow him to live in her house.
