Back at the hospital, Dr. Rivers tries to get his son to tell him what he's been up to, but the boy won't tell him. He's too scared to tell his father what's going on, so Rivers tells him to shut up and go back to his room. He tells his son that if he doesn't stop crying, he'll be gone for five minutes. The boy says that the baby was quiet when he was with his father, and that the boy has managed to escape. Rivers says that if the boy left him alone, the situation would be very serious. He says that he already lost his father and brother, and he can't find his mom, so he needs to find the boy and tell her what happened. He grabs his mom and runs off to get help.
