The group is in the middle of a fire fight with the undead, and one of the lieutenants asks if they're okay. The lieutenant says that he's okay, but that he doesn't want to kill anyone. He's worried about the baby's bite marks, and he'd like to know what happened between his parents. He shows the baby to the lieutenant, and the lieutenant tells him that the little one named the baby "what a cutie" . The little one was referring to a man who healed a boy with a broken arm. The boy's spirit can't be restored, the lieutenant says, because the flesh only decays when it's no longer needed. He tells the lieutenant not to come near the baby, because he'll never be able to stop him. The soldiers will try to attack the group from the west, but they'll be outnumbered by the undead. They'll try to shoot the soldiers in the head, but no one can do anything about it. They have to take the baby with them, and they've identified the baby as "Mary Kate Rose" and "Tim Muley" , since the lieutenant's first name is "m-kay." The lieutenant calls his mom and tells her that he just got home.
