About This Chapter
In this chapter, we are introduced to a number of characters, including George Diggory, the father of Prince George, and his daughter, Princess Leia, who is also known as "Little Princess." We learn that Princess Leia is very good at acting, and that she is surrounded by flowers floating in the air. When the Princess asks why her father would not report the fire to her father, he replies that he did not bat an eye when his son was nearly burned to death. The Princess tells her father that she has to save her little sister, and she begs him to come and save her. The Prince, however, does not care about the little princess, and he does not seem to care at all about the Prince's safety. The guards do not obey the Prince, and the Princess is afraid that the guards are trying to harm her and her sister. She begs the Prince to come with her, but the Prince refuses, saying that it is not right for him to obey a prince. She asks the guards to help her escape.
