Weiyi is a tough cookie, Lan tells the gang. He used to be the leader of the gang, but now he's just "rot away" in the abandoned factory. He's setting up the "Odyssey Society" to prove himself, but he can't stop Lan from opposing him every time he tries to make a move. Lan has to go, he says, but they can make him disappear by making him leave with Weiyi. Lan says he'll be back in control of the town.
