He's sure that even ant has passed by without him knowing about it, and he doesn't want his people to be massacred just because they're loyal to him. He also says that the earth demon troops need to face the Heavenly demon troops when a rebellion breaks out. He says that's why he threw them out the last time he saw the ghost, because he didn't know what the master was thinking. The second-leader points out that the master probably has a secret team of spies who don't even know that they exist, and this is why the master wants to see if the master can groom the prince to be his successor. The prince says that even though the shield is the most powerful magic weapon in the second circle, it's not as powerful as a sword. The leader of the second-circle is more powerful than a sword master, he says, because the energy of his leader was higher than the sword master's. He adds that he can achieve the eighth circle too, but he won't achieve the ninth circle.
