When Hyeon wakes up, he's delirious. He doesn't recognize his father. He's been sick a long time. Hyeon thanks his mother for keeping him alive. He can't believe that his mana is gone. He says that if someone tried to use black magic, he wouldn't be able to figure out what happened to him while he was asleep. He pretends to be hyeon's mother for a bit, and then he realizes that he is alive because of his mother's efforts. He tells his mother that he never heard of what happened before he woke up. He wonders if he will ever achieve the eighth circle, which he has been craving for his entire life. All he has to do is start over again.
