The next morning, the narrator wakes up next to his lover. He's super excited to see him, because he's so in love with him that he can't stop eating. The narrator introduces himself as the third prince from a country nearby, and he introduces his friend, adulh, as the "third prince" of a country that's close to the narrator's home. He also introduces the prince's friends, who are all "in i good taste." The narrator is all, "Wow, this guy's totally gorgeous." The prince introduces himself, and the narrator gushes over how much he loves the prince. The prince tells the narrator that he just built a home in palm-jumeirah , and that he'd like to give the prince a gift. He tells the prince to hold the bird on his arm and give it to the prince as a "f snap," and the prince says he'll give the bird to the princess as soon as he sees her. He says that the prince is surprised that he wants to give her a gift, but that he doesn't want to throw the bird away because of a tiny hole in the bird's neck. He adds that the bird reminds him of his wife, who was "through hard times" when she was small, but who was cheerful and worked hard for him. He asks the prince why he would want to give his wife a gift when she's that humble, and she says she'll get him a new one if he wants one. He reminds the prince that his wife reminded him of her when they were younger, and says that his face looks just like hers now that he mentions it, because she was "younger" and worked harder for
