In this chapter, we are introduced to Jun, who has just returned from a trip to the Republic of Malta. He tells us that he has come to tell his fiancee that he is going to tell her all about the business dealings of his father-in-law, who is the owner of a company called "Baggage Services." He tells her that his father has been accused of money laundering, and that his company has been forced to go bankrupt. He says that if his fiancee does not believe him, she would be a wife of a "criminal." He suggests that she go to see her father and bring him some snacks. He also suggests that he go to visit him while he is on holiday in Malta.
