The scene opens with a flashback to the day of the wedding. It is the day after the wedding, and Milady is still in love with Milady's husband. Milady complains to Milady that Milady does not seem to care for her anymore. She tells him that she is pregnant, but Milady assures her that she will take care of him. She then tells Milady to tell Milady the reason for her pregnancy, and she does so, telling him that her pregnancy is due to her husband's infidelity
