The next morning, the girls discuss the fight that's been going on between Nelly and Nelly's brother. Nelly is furious that her brother has insulted her family, and she vows to kill him if he continues to insult her. She also tells Nelly that she's glad to be back in Mexico, because she'll be able to go back to her family's home in Baghdad. Nelly also tells her brother that he's a terrible brother, and that he should be ashamed of himself for being such a bad influence on his sister. She tells him that he needs to wake up his sister and make her show more of a "fang" , which is a fancy way of saying "I don't like you" . Nelly thinks that this is a bad sign, because it means that Nelly is going to be showing more of her "fang." She also warns her brother to be careful, because he can get "vicious" if he doesn't control his sister's temper.
