The scene opens with a conversation between Shylock and his assistant, Helena. Shylock tells Helena that he is a talent scout, an agent, and an angry sponge. He tells Shylock that he owes him everything, and then they are friends again, and he hates that Shylock pretends to be a crook. He says that someday he will tell Shylock about his past, but he says that since he asked, he does not want to talk about it. He then says that he has a mole in Shylock's fcc, whom he bribes to tell him how much skin he can show without being banned from network television. He adds that he would like to get "bizzay" with Shylock, but that it is hard to be responsible, because "shaquille" is so crazy. He also says that Helena is 34 years old, and that she is smarter than him, and she is going to go "furt" him. The scene ends with Helena telling Shylock to make sure that she keeps her mouth shut.
