In this chapter, Shylock continues to disguise herself as a girl named tina. She writes to her employer, talent farm, saying that she should spend the day with her because she saw a list of "worst dressed" girls and she knows that she is being mocked by her peers. She also writes that she would like to spend time with tina for two reasons: first, she saw the worst dressed list and, second, she knows how painful it is to be mocked. Before she can write, however, she sees an e-mail from her employer. It is from talentfarm.com, and the subject line is "talent farm@no really.com" . Shylock is excited to meet tina, and she tells her that she must have some secrets to keep her from getting electrocuted. She tells her employer that they have killed the power in the room and that they will be going to dinner later that night. She then tells him that she knows about tina's talent and how she dances, sings, and walks like a real girl. She asks him to write her a love note, and he agrees to do so for three years.
