In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character, named Lin, who is a member of the local sea dragon gang. He is also known as "Yang lin" or "Little Lin" because of his short, dark hair. Lin tells us that his name is "Sung" and that he is the leader of a local dragon snake gang, which has bosses named "Shuejiang" and "Hesing" . Lin asks his brother what he thinks of Shuejiang and Hesing, and he tells him that they are very dangerous. He tells Lin to return to his classmates, and the host should be present. Everyone seems drunk, and Lin tells his sisters to keep drinking. He also tells his uncle that yiyun and his son are planning to do something against the people around them.
