Okay, now we're back at the office, where Hiroshi and Mikuri are hanging out. Hiroshi's having a hard time keeping up with his work. He's worried that Mikuri and his co-workers are just pretending that they're not doing anything wrong. He wants to talk to Mikuri about what's going on with his boss, but he can't figure out what to say. Mikuri says he's safe for now, but Hiroshi thinks he'll have to wait until tomorrow to tell him about the new boss. He doesn't want to upset Mikuri, who's still in love with Hiramasa. He also thinks Mikuri's boss is too busy to worry about what his employees think of him. He hopes Mikuri won't tell his boss what Hiroshi said, but Mikuri thinks it's a good idea to wait a little longer. He asks Mikuri if he can check on the books for the month, since the company's budget is a little over-budget. He uses some of his own wages to make up for the overspending. He says he wants to show Mikuri how grateful he is for his job, and he hopes he can act as a good employee for Mikuri for the rest of his life.
