The narrator says that she would have driven the narrator to the station if he had told her that he was going to buy her something, but instead she rustles up a present for him: a framed photo of herself and the narrator. The photo frame is the first present the narrator has ever given the narrator, and he says that he bought it for himself. The two take a bath together and wipe their hands together, which makes them remember that they were once kids.
