The scene opens with the two of them sitting on a bench in front of a picture they took of each other. They're so happy to see each other again that they decide to go for a walk on the beach together. They don't want to go to the water, but then they realize that it's the same beach where they used to live together. It turns out that they're actually the same person, and they've been hanging out together for a long time. They decide to take a walk together, and when they arrive at the beach, they find that the man behind them is none other than Masumi. Masumi tells them that she's on a trip with her friends from her club, and that he's just a friend of hers. He's not jealous, though, and says that he wants to stay with her a little longer. They head off to the shrine in the background, where they'll remember each other forever.
