In this short scene, we get a glimpse into the mind of the Governess, who is in love with one of the other Governess's daughters. The Governess tells us that she has fallen in love and wants to have all the money she could possibly need to marry the girl. She also tells us how she plans to use the money to make delicious tarts for the party.
