Mihachi's niece, Mina, works at her uncle's office. She has a lot of talent, including singing and acting. One of her idols is a young voice actor named Koushuu, who apparently fell in love with her at first sight. The voice actor, who is also a fan of Miyoshi's, tells Mina that he's going to try and win her over. He's a big fan of hers, too, and wants to root for her and her boyfriend, Yoichi. He wants to cheer them up, too.
