In this short scene, we learn that we're back at the brothel, where Hirokazu has just returned from a trip to Japan. He's so excited to be back that he's full of sexual energy. We're not sure what he means by "excited" or "excited," but it's safe to assume that he means that he wants to have sex with a woman. We also learn that he doesn't want to be seen as a "pimp" or a "waiter" . He wants to be the one who gets to "make love to you," and that's exactly what he does.
