In this chapter, the reader is introduced to a new member of the school's student council, who is introduced as "bai migao" . The student council is a group of students who are responsible for the implementation of the new teaching methods in the school. In order to participate in this group, students must meet the following requirements: they must be between the ages of 15 and 24; they must have been admitted to the school for at least one year; and they must not have been expelled from the school in the previous year. The conditions for entering the student council must also be met.
