In this chapter, we learn that the next battle is going to be between two of the school's students, whoosh and whoosh. The city lord tells whoosh that he's going to enforce school rules in the future. He also tells him that the kid who's the first to die is the kid from the first family in the city. Whoosh doesn't want to compare the two, but the city lord points out that it's important to note that the dean is the one who built the school in the first place. He's not the only one who helped build the school, though, and that's why he was able to get it built. The host announces the rules for the battle, and the two of them begin to fight. The first to attack is Lan se. Lan se is able to dodge the bullet fired by the hidden cannon, but he'll have to wait for the ice to crack before he can attack again. The ice has completely covered him, and he can't even think of a way to attack him again. He tells the host to announce the result to Lan se, but Lan se isn't hurt at all. He says that Lan se will have to use all of his strength to hit him again, but who cares.
