In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character, a young boy who has just returned from the battlefield. He is called "little kid" because of his small size and because he is so afraid of his brother, who is an amethyst-level martial master. Little kid is so scared that he begs his brother to come over and play with him. He tells his brother that he is afraid of the amethyst martial master because of the events of the previous chapter. He also tells him that his brother is at an amethyst rank and that he has figured out the secret of how to defeat the amethyst master. When little kid asks his brother what the secret is, he is told that it is that the water in the river is so pure that it can only be condensed into a small amount of water. This is the first time that such a pure water source has ever been seen in a place without any water. The boy is so frightened that he runs away from his brother.
