In this chapter, we learn that the central bureau of the god realm is too big to be easily defeated. The god kings are in such a weakened state that they are unable to cast an attack on it. We learn that this is because the divine consciousness has swallowed up the chaos of the chaos and has made it impossible for the god kings to destroy it. This is because they have made a promise to each other that they will never be separated from one another.
