In this chapter, the sea god asks the heavenly emperor about his plan to create a new race of gods. The emperor tells him that he can use his own divine powers to form a "landing point" for the "six great god realms" . He tells the emperor that the six god realms are the core of his god realm, and that they chose this plan because they have to protect their own lives. The sea god then asks the emperor if he has any problem with the plan. He says that he has no problem trusting the six gods because they are already living beings, and they don't need to worry about their lives. He then asks if the emperor has any idea of how to pull him down first so that he won't be separated from the other gods.
