The mayor introduces himself as the mayor of the village where the jiali Academy is located. He explains that the academy is a place for the most talented and noble people in the city to study. He introduces the young man as "San tang" , and he explains that he is a nine-year-old who can control wind blades. He tells the mayor that he has discovered an ability called "Mysterious Heaven" from a book called "Heaven's Treasure Record" . He says that he learned this ability by touching the wind blade of a wind wolf. The mayor says that this ability is very special, but that it is not necessarily good for redemption. The young man says that in redemption, no one will know who he is and he will not tell anyone about it.
