The young ceo of the inn greets the old ceo, who has come on behalf of his father. The ceo is impressed by the young man's voice, and he asks the ceo to take a seat. The young man says that he is the one who is supposed to say "ac tually" . He then asks if he can go to the new inn that has just been built, and the young narrator says that it would be a good idea if he gave it a "thorough inspect tion . . " The young narrator then says that the ward was in a "bad mood" the whole day, and that he thinks it must have something to do with the fact that he didn't perform well in front of the ward. He asks the secretary to call him "easy to talk to" , so that he won't have to leave work so late at night.
