In this chapter, King Varuna tells us that he's been sent to the other side of the world. He's not happy, he says, because he was sent to a place where he doesn't belong. He wants to come back to the castle where he was born, to the towns where he grew up, and to the world where he spent his childhood. Varuna asks if he can get some rest, and he says he can't. He blames himself for not being able to protect Rinta, and says he'll find a way home.
