If he doesn't want to call him by that name, the wolf suggests that he try to "contain himself" by shaking his hand. The boy agrees to try, and the wolf tells him that he'll give him just one finger. The wolf asks the boy if he likes being teased, and he replies that he does. He then asks if the boy would like to hear his name called, and if he can't, he says that he would love to be called by the wolf's first name.
