He tells his wife that he has to go on a business trip early in the week, but he does not want to leave her alone. He asks her to bring him along, but she refuses, saying that she has work to attend to. She tells him to give her a minute, and he does so. The next day, he tells her that he wants her to take care of some things, and she agrees to do so.
