The chapter opens with wild wolf, who has just returned from a meeting with Asaba. He is surprised to find that the other women have been working so hard. He asks if they have pillows that are too expensive to care for, but they do not. He tells her that he wishes she could just act "cute" and "let you spoil" her when she is frustrated like this. She tells him that she hates herself for being such a difficult woman. She says that she has put together a schedule for the next day's meeting so that she can share it with her.
