The next morning, Li tells his father that the mission to kill the prince has failed. He blames his wife for spending so much money on training assassins. He also accuses her of spending too much time worrying about the prince and not enough on the prince's show. He wonders why the queen promoted him to the position he is in now. Li tells him to forget about the assassination and focus on the show.
