In the middle of the night, the prince's wife goes looking for a way to rid the house of evil spirits. The prince is suspicious of her and tries to force her out of the house, but she refuses to leave. She tells the prince that the house is evil and that he should calm down. She also tells him that the second day, she saw the first lady with disheveled hair, a bloody face, and a dancing face in the courtyard. This is evil, she says, and when the prince grows up, he must be an "honest and kind person" .
