The Prince of the Sun Realm returns to the house of the Queen of the Underworld. He tells his daughters that he has found the "Alone and Sadlark" that he promised to give to his youngest daughter. The Prince explains that the two kingdoms have always been at odds, each claiming to be the true god of the other. He explains that both kingdoms have tried to cast spells on the princess, but each time, they have been unable to do so. He asks his daughters to accompany him to the wedding of his sister.
