He asks the students if they have any suggestions, and they all agree that they do. They also agree that Cai Ling's father is knowledgeable about the times, so he must be able to keep abreast of the latest developments in the world. They decide to use their "beauty" as a way to spread the news about the current welfare home, and Cai Ling wonders how he can seduce his little sister when he has so much money.
